n today’s world, where germs, pollution, and infections are all around us, staying clean is more than just a routine — it’s a powerful form of protection. Personal hygiene plays a key role in maintaining good health, preventing illness, and boosting self-confidence. Whether it’s washing your hands, brushing your teeth, or wearing clean clothes, these simple habits can have a big impact on your overall well-being.

Regular handwashing is one of the most effective ways to prevent the spread of diseases like the flu, common cold, and even COVID-19. Our hands come into contact with countless surfaces every day, and without proper hygiene, we easily transfer germs to our mouth, nose, and eyes. Wearing clean, breathable clothing and changing out of sweaty outfits helps keep your skin healthy and your body comfortable.
